We abide by the national privacy principles and offer any person or entity that has a file on our system full online access to their information, as per the principles. Any inquires can be forwarded to privacy@mercurycollections.com.au

Licences

We hold commercial agent and private inquiry agent corporate master licences in all states in which we operate. All collections and inquiry agents hold relevant operator licences.

Auditing & Trust accounting

We maintain an audited trust account that complies with CAPI Act regulations.

We maintain an open-book audit policy for our clients. This policy allows our clients to randomly select any file and be supplied with file notes (that are unable to be altered) and all relevant media and source documents.

Memberships

Mercury Collections holds full National membership with the Institute of Mercantile Agents and abide by their Code of conduct and Code of ethics.
